about adamant

We build the reputation founders are judged by before they’re in the room.

adamant is the go-to-market system for founders. We turn what a founder knows into the reputation that wins customers, investors, key hires, and the press, without taking over their calendar.

The manifesto

Every founder is already being judged. By the buyer who scrolled past them, the investor who searched their name, the engineer choosing whose company to join, the journalist on deadline. The only question is whether they find anything.

Most of this industry answers with volume. More posts, more channels, more noise. We think that's backwards. Attention is cheap now. Trust is not.

So we don't sell content. We build reputation infrastructure: the system that captures what a founder actually thinks, puts it where decisions get made, and traces it to pipeline, capital, and talent.

We don't speak for founders. We make sure they're heard.

what we believe

Ten beliefs. Most of the industry disagrees.

Everyone in this space repeats the same advice. Here’s where we part ways, and why.

  1. 01

Personal branding is the wrong frame.

The usual line: “Every founder needs a personal brand.”

Brand sounds like image, and image sounds optional. Reputation is an operating asset. It shortens sales cycles, warms up investor meetings, and makes hiring easier. Build it like infrastructure, and measure it like infrastructure.

  2. 02

    Volume is worthless now.

The usual line: “Post every day and the algorithm will reward you.”

AI made words free. When anyone can publish a thousand posts, the scarce thing is a point of view people remember. Twice a week and quoted beats daily and scrolled past.

  3. 03

    Ghostwritten opinions leak trust.

The usual line: “Outsource the writing, keep the byline.”

Readers can tell when a founder didn't think the thought. Every idea we publish starts in your words, from a conversation with you. We sharpen it and package it. We never invent it.

  4. 04

    Reach is a vanity metric.

The usual line: “Grow the audience first. Monetise later.”

Five hundred of the right people beat fifty thousand of the wrong ones. A founder known by the buyers, investors, and candidates in their market will out-earn an influencer in their category. We count conversations, not impressions.

  5. 05

    Consistency beats virality.

The usual line: “One viral post can change everything.”

Viral is a lottery ticket. Fifty-two good weeks is a moat. Reputation compounds like interest, which means the quiet middle months are where it's actually built.

  6. 06

We need your judgement, not your time.

The usual line: “Founders should do it themselves, or hand it to marketing.”

Both fail. Do it yourself and it stops the week the company gets busy. Hand it to marketing and it stops sounding like you. An hour of your thinking, captured well, should carry weeks of presence.

  7. 07

AI makes reputation matter more, not less.

The usual line: “AI will make founder content pointless.”

When content is infinite, provenance is everything. Buyers and answer engines both lean on named people with a specific, consistent body of work. A real point of view is the one thing that can't be generated.

  8. 08

If it can't be traced, it doesn't count.

The usual line: “Brand is impossible to measure.”

That's an excuse. Tag the link, capture the conversation, credit the content. If a channel can't be connected to pipeline, capital, or talent within a quarter, we change it.

  9. 09

    Start before you need it.

The usual line: “We'll invest in this when we raise.”

The worst time to build a reputation is the month you need one. Investors and candidates read your trail. If it starts the week you start fundraising, it reads exactly like what it is.

  10. 10

Not every founder should do this.

The usual line: “Anyone can build an audience.”

If you don't hold real opinions, or won't commit for a quarter, we're the wrong partner and we'll tell you so. This only compounds for founders who mean what they say.

where we draw the line

We build reputation. We never borrow yours.

We will never

  • Sell, raise, hire, or speak on your behalf.
  • Publish an opinion you don't hold.
  • Buy followers, engagement, or placements.
  • Report a number we can't tie to an outcome.
