Privacy policy

Last updated 30 October 2026

adamant (“we”) runs adamanthq.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

  1. 01What we collect

    We only collect what you choose to give us, through two forms:

    • The application form: your name, work email, phone number, LinkedIn profile (optional), company, your answers to the fit check (founder status, stage, time and budget you can commit, what you want to grow), and what you write in the brief.
    • The Dispatch signup: your email address, and which page you signed up from.

    Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver the site, keep it secure, and stop spam. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are read and which buttons are clicked. It never receives what you type into our forms. We don’t use advertising cookies.

  2. 02Why we use it

    • To review your application, reply to you, and discuss working together.
    • To send you Dispatch, the playbooks and essays you asked for.
    • To keep the site secure and protect our forms from spam and abuse.

    We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site. We never sell your information, and we never use it to speak, sell, raise, or hire on anyone’s behalf.

  3. 03Who processes it for us

    A small number of trusted service providers handle data for us, only to provide their service:

    • HubSpot, our customer relationship manager, stores applications and subscribers.
    • Resend delivers the notification emails our team receives.
    • Vercel hosts the website.
    • Google Analytics measures how the site is used. Advertising features are switched off.
    • Sanity hosts our Dispatch articles. It doesn’t receive information from these forms.

    Some of these providers store data outside India, including in the United States. They are bound by their own security and data protection commitments.

  4. 04How long we keep it

    We keep applications for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together. We keep Dispatch subscribers until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

  5. 05Your rights

    You can ask us to:

    • show you the information we hold about you;
    • correct or update it;
    • delete it;
    • stop sending you Dispatch, or withdraw any consent you gave.

    Email work@adamanthq.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Every Dispatch email also has an unsubscribe link. If you aren’t satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

  6. 06Cookies

    Essential storage keeps the site working, for example by remembering your cookie choice. Google Analytics sets cookies only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. If you reject them, it receives only anonymous, cookieless signals (Google’s Consent Mode) and can’t recognise you across visits. We never use advertising cookies.

    You can change your choice at any time: .

  7. 07Security

    Everything is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access keys for our providers are stored securely with our host and are never exposed in the website. Our forms are rate-limited and protected against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

  8. 08Children

    This site and our services are meant for founders and professionals. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

  9. 09Changes and contact

    If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top. For any question or request about your information, including grievances, contact us at work@adamanthq.com.
